After you've installed the Sinch SMS for Salesforce app, you can navigate to the Setup & Configuration tab and follow the steps to get started.
Important: If you've installed Sinch SMS for Salesforce version 1.31 or earlier, please use the steps in the Setup & Configuration | Legacy Onboarding section.
Instructions for Lightning
- Open the Sinch SMS for Salesforce app.
- Select the App Launcher icon in the top-left corner.
- In the search bar, search for Sinch SMS Lightning.
- Select Sinch SMS for Lightning.

Click on the Setup & Configuration tab.
Instructions for Classic
- Open the Sinch SMS for Salesforce app.
- Click the drop-down menu in the top-right corner.

Select Sinch SMS. If this doesn't appear, click App Launcher and then click the Sinch SMS tile.
- Click on the Setup & Configuration tab.
