You can install the Sinch SMS for Salesforce app from the Salesforce AppExchange.

To find and install the Sinch SMS for Salesforce app from the Salesforce AppExchange:
- Log in to the AppExchange with your Trailblazer account.

Verify the production instance of the Salesforce organization where you wish to install the app is connected to your Trailblazer account.
Even if you plan to install in Sandbox, the production organization is what should be connected as you'll be able to choose the Sandbox as the install location.
- Search for "Sinch SMS".
- Select the Sinch SMS: Text, SMS, MMS, WhatsApp for Sales and Marketing in Salesforce app from the list.

Click the Get It Now button.

Select the desired account from the Connected Salesforce Accounts dropdown list and then select whether to install it in Production or Sandbox.

Check the box to accept the Terms & Conditions and click Confirm and Install.
- If prompted, log in to your organization.

Choose the security level for the app installation and click Install. We recommend selecting Install for All Users. However if you don’t do this now, you can update Profiles / Permission Sets later.

Check the box to approve third-party access, then click Continue.
- The application will now begin the installation into your Salesforce organization. The app may take a few minutes to install (if this is the case, the app installer will advise you to check your email for a confirmation the installation has been completed).
- Once your Sinch SMS for Salesforce application has been installed, you're ready to move on to setup and configuration.
