Sinch SMS for Salesforce is licensed per user which means you'll need to assign licenses to users requiring access to the app. If you need to increase the number of Sinch SMS for Salesforce licenses, please contact our support team.
Note: If you've installed the app in a Sandbox environment, you don't need to assign Sinch SMS for Salesforce licenses as the app provides a site-wide license to all users.
Assign licenses
The second step in the setup flow is to assign licenses for installed packages.
Once you've added your licenses by following the Salesforce support article, you can navigate back to the Sinch SMS for Salesforce app. You'll see confirmation in the Setup & Configuration tab of the number of licenses assigned to users.
You can now continue to the next step to assign permission sets and add Sinch SMS components.
