You can click the Advanced Settings section to open and update additional settings to make sure that Sinch SMS for Salesforce is configured properly for your organization.
Advanced Settings
- Social Channels: You can connect your existing Meta business account to begin using WhatsApp Messaging within your Salesforce account.

Trigger User Email: This setting allows you to determine if you'd like to send an email to the Owner of an inbound text message - this is in addition to them being assigned a Task.
If you'd like Users to be notified via email, check this box and click Save.

Cloaking enabled: This enables you to cloak an outbound message as if a message is being sent from your own mobile number.
Note: To utilise this feature, you'll also need to contact Sinch MessageMedia's support team to request that this is enabled for your account.
Once this is done, if you'd like to enable cloaking, check this box and click Save.
- Default Task Status: This allows you to specify the Status value to be applied to Inbound SMS Tasks. This will determine if the Task is created as an open or closed Task. The specific values available will depend on your individual customisations, but will be all values in the Task Status picklist. Once you've selected the Status, click Save.
- SMS Inbox alerts: If you'd like to enable audio notifications and Utility Bar pop ups for the SMS Inbox, check this box and click Save.

Default record owner: When an inbound message is received and can't be matched to a record in Salesforce, a Task will be created for the user nominated as the Default record owner.
Start typing the username of the user you wish to set as the default record owner for inbound messages. The field will automatically pull usernames matching the criteria you've typed, select the username to populate the field and click Save.

Inbound Task Assignment: When an inbound SMS is received, Sinch SMS for Salesforce will create a Task to record the activity against the record it relates to, or to the Orphan Message Owner if no match can be found.
You can select which user should be assigned the inbound SMS Task for Leads, Contact/Persons and All Other Objects from the picklist and then click Save.

Default 'send to' number: By default, the number field in a record that's automatically selected for outgoing messages is Mobile.
To nominate specific Send to number fields for different objects, select the Object then the Default 'Send to' number and click Update.
