Zoho CRM | How to install the Sinch SMS for Zoho CRM app

You can install the Sinch SMS for Zoho CRM app from a few different places:

• Zoho Marketplace - if you have an existing Zoho account

• Sinch MessageMedia - Integrations Page - if you have an existing Sinch MessageMedia account

• Sinch MessageMedia Integrations Marketplace

Before starting the installation, you'll need to create an API Key and secret for your Sinch MessageMedia account.

• If you have an existing Sinch MessageMedia account: Creating new API credentials

• If you don't have an existing Sinch MessageMedia account: Zoho CRM | Set up and connect a new Sinch MessageMedia account to Zoho CRM

Zoho Marketplace

To find and install the Sinch SMS for Zoho CRM app from the Zoho Marketplace:

1. Search for "Sinch SMS for Zoho CRM".

2. Select the Sinch SMS for Zoho CRM app from the list.

   

3. Click the Install button.

   

4. Review and agree to the Sinch SMS for Zoho CRM and Zoho Marketplace Terms & Conditions. Click the Install button to continue.

   

5. Confirm your login, agree to the Terms of Service and authorise Sinch SMS for Zoho to access and process your data as required. Click the Continue to install button to proceed.

   

6. Select the Install for all users option and click Confirm. You can change the permissions later if you only want specific users to be able to access the app.

   

7. Wait for the installation to complete.

   

8. Follow the steps prompted by our setup bot.

   

9. During the setup bot process, you'll be asked to enter your HMAC API key and Secret Auth from your MessageMedia account.

   

   

10. If a pop-up referring to authorizing Cliq, you can click on the Skip button.

    

11. Once the setup bot process has finished, click Start Sending SMS to complete the setup.

Sinch MessageMedia - Integrations page

If you have an existing Sinch MessageMedia account, to install the Zoho CRM App: 

1. Log in to the Sinch MessageMedia platform.
2. From the left-side navigation bar, click on Extensions and then Integrations.
3. Locate the Zoho CRM integration tile and click Learn more.
4. Click Request SMS for Zoho and a Sinch team member will be in touch.

Sinch MessageMedia Integrations Marketplace

To find and install the Zoho CRM integration from the Sinch MessageMedia Integrations Marketplace:

1. Search for "Zoho".
2. Select the Zoho app from the list.
3. You'll be taken to the Zoho page where you can click Get access or Book a demo.

Accessing Sinch SMS in Zoho CRM

Once you have successfully installed Sinch SMS for Zoho CRM, it will appear in the module section in the left-side navigation bar. If you're using the classic layout, you may need to click on the three dots to open the menu extension in order to see the Sinch SMS tabs.
