If you want to give Bulk SMS access to users who aren’t administrators, you can enable the Bulk SMS permission in the SMS extension settings.
Note: When you enable the Bulk SMS permission, the user also gets access to additional filters in the Sinch Inbox. Without it, they can only view their own conversations. Admins, however, can always use the All Users filter to see all messages across the team.
Bulk SMS permission
- Log in to Zoho CRM.
- From the left-side navigation, click on the Marketplace icon.
- Under Marketplace, click on the Installed tab.
- Locate Sinch SMS for Zoho and click on Configure.
- Click on the Permissions tab.

Under the Bulk SMS permission drop-down, select the non-admin user profiles you'd like to give access to the Bulk SMS feature. You don't need to select any user profile with admin permissions as these are supported by default.
- Click on the Save button.
- The non-admin user will need to clear the SMS for Zoho CRM cache. Once this is done, they should have access to the Send Bulk Campaign tab in the Sinch Inbox and Bulk SMS module.
