The SMS for Report feature lets you send and schedule messages (including WhatsApp) directly to the records included in a Salesforce report. This gives you greater flexibility than traditional bulk messaging - allowing you to send up to 2 million records across multiple objects (up to 50,000 at a time), based on how your report is segmented.
You need to make sure that the Object ID is in the report e.g. if you're looking at Leads, please make sure that the Lead ID is in the report.
Currently basic objects like Leads and Contacts are supported. Objects like Opportunity and Campaigns aren't yet supported.
You can use any standard Salesforce Tabular, Summary, or Matrix report that returns Contact, Lead, or Person Account records. The report must contain the field that holds the mobile number for the send.
