Include an opt-out option
For any marketing messages, give recipients a clear way to unsubscribe e.g. include instructions to reply with 'STOP'. Once a contact replies with the opt-out keyword, the system automatically prevents them from receiving future messages through SMS for the HubSpot app.
Registered alphanumeric sender ID rules
Sending messages using a registered alphanumeric sender ID (e.g. your business name - approval required) can help with brand recognition (as opposed to a mobile phone number), but recipients can't reply directly to your messages.
