You can send bulk SMS messages to all members of a campaign directly from the Campaign record page using the Send Bulk SMS button.
Send bulk messages to campaign members
- Navigate to the Campaigns tab in the Sinch SMS for Salesforce app.

Open the desired campaign and click the Send Bulk SMS button. If you don't see this option, make sure it's been added to the Campaign page layout.

Select a pre-built template from the drop-down or configure a custom message.
If your Campaign includes both Leads and Contacts, it's recommended to use Campaign Member fields for merge data. If you must use Lead or Contact fields, include merge fields for both object types e.g. Are you still the {!Contact.Title}{!Lead.Title}? Reply Y for yes or N for no.

Configure your message:
Sender account: Choose the account that will send the message.
Sender ID: Select the number or name your recipients will see as the sender.
Send to: Contact: Pick the phone field to use for Contact members.
Send to: Lead: Pick the phone field to use for Lead members.
Status filter (optional): Filter recipients by their campaign member status.
Status update (optional): Set a new status to apply to recipients after the message is sent.
Tag (optional): Add a tag value to track the message in each outbound Task record and any replies.
Show Preview: See how your message will appear, including populated merge fields.
Highlight special characters: Identify Unicode characters that may affect message length.
Character count: View how many characters and message credits will be used.
Attach file: Add an image to send an MMS (picture message).
- When you're ready, click on Send or Schedule to send the message.
