The SMS for NetSuite by Sinch app is installed with pre-configured workflows that can be released for use as is or copied and used as templates.
Workflow statuses must be ‘Released’ in order for them to function records enabled to receive triggered messages.

In addition to the pre-configured workflows above, you can also add messaging to your own workflows.
Customize a pre-configured workflow
You can customize pre-configured workflows to adjust triggers, conditions, and actions e.g. Case Assignment Alert.
- In the top-navigation bar, hover over the Customization tab.
- Hover over Workflow and then click on Workflows.
- Locate and click on Sinch WF - Case Assignment Alert. The RELEASE STATUS must be Released.
- You’ll be taken to the Workflow builder.
- Click the Edit button.

Click on the State e.g. Case Create Job Record.

In the resulting window, under the actions tab, click on Create Record to edit the action.

In the pop-up window, click in the Selection field next to SMS Template, and select the required template.
- When you've finished setting the parameters, click Save.
- Make sure the workflow is active by changing the status to Released. From the workflow builder, click on Workflow tab and the edit (pencil) icon.

Select Released from the Released Status dropdown menu.
- Click Save to save the workflow.
- Your Sinch WF - Case Assignment Alert workflow is ready to be used.
