Once you've enabled SuiteFlex features, you can install the SMS for NetSuite by Sinch app. This SuiteApp is managed - whenever there's an update released, Sinch will automatically upgrade your account to the latest version.
Install SMS for NetSuite by Sinch
To install the SMS for NetSuite by Sinch app:
- In NetSuite, click on the More Actions (⋯) icon and navigate to the SuiteApps marketplace from your account.

Search for 'Sinch' in the search box to find and select the listing for SMS for NetSuite by Sinch.

From the SMS for NetSuite by Sinch app landing page, click the Install button and follow the prompts to install the application.
Note: If you're presented with Limited Access when attempting the install, please contact our support team with your NetSuite Account ID so we can enable access.
You can now continue to configure API credentials.
