Before installing the Sinch SMS SuiteApp, you must enable the SuiteFlex features to ensure the installation is successful and all features are functional.
Note: Do not install the application before enabling the specified features or the installation could result in failure. This will require the app to be uninstalled and reinstalled.
Enable SuiteFlex features
- In the top-navigation bar, hover over the Setup tab.

Hover over Company and then click on Enable Features.
- Click on the SuiteCloud tab. Check the box to enable the following settings:

- CLIENT SUITESCRIPT

- Click on the CRM tab. Check the box to enable the following settings:

Basic Features heading:
- Click on the Transactions tab. Check the box to enable the following settings:

Shipping & Receiving heading:
- ADVANCED SHIPPING

PICK, PACK AND SHIP

Shipping & Receiving heading:
- Click Save.
You can now continue to install the Sinch SMS SuiteApp.
