This article explains how to change between Standard Post-paid Plan subscriptions.

Things to Remember

- In the Menu, click on Settings, then Billing
- Navigate to the Plan tab
- Browse and Select the plan you wish to move to
- Select Update Plan, to confirm the changes, noting the plan effective date
- You're all done! The plan change will be processed, this typically happens within 24 business hours. If you've not had a confirmation email within 72 business hours, please submit a request with our support team.
