This article explains how to access and use the Invoice history page in Hub. You will learn how to view key invoice details, understand invoice statuses, and download invoice PDFs for your records.
Important: In order to manage billing and payments for your Hub account:
- You need account administrator credentials.
- You need to be logged in to the parent account - you can use the account switcher in the Hub menu.
Invoice history page
- Navigate to Settings > Billing > Invoices:

The following data is available for each invoice:
a) Invoice ID - the unique reference number given to each individual invoice.
b) Invoice date - the date the invoice was issued.
c) Due date - the date the invoice is due for payment.
d) Status - displays if the invoice is paid or still pending payment.
e) Total - total amount payable on the invoice.
Downloading invoices
- Navigate to Settings > Billing > Invoices.

Click the Download link next to the required invoice:
- A PDF of the invoice will now be available in your downloads folder.
