Bulk SMS improvements - filter using custom views
You can now filter via custom views when setting the audience for bulk SMS campaigns. For example, send an SMS campaign to gain traction with hot prospects by selecting your 'Open Leads' custom view. This means more tailored messaging, leading to better engagement. Learn more in the support article.

Advanced from number criteria - lets you choose which from number to use based on the record's data
If your business operates in multiple locations or has multiple departments, you'll generally want to use different from numbers depending on the location or sending use case. For example, if you have a Dallas office and a New York office, you'd want to always use a Dallas phone number when sending SMS to Dallas contacts and vice versa. Our improved from number criteria feature lets you do just that. Learn more in the support article.

Reassign Conversations in Bulk - you can now reassign multiple conversations at once from the inbox.

Inbox Boosts - you can now see contextual information before opening an SMS conversation.
The Zoho CRM Inbox now displays conversations with information from the record's Business Card (for example, owner and lead source). It also provides clearer filtering options. This means users can see extra context before opening a message, and also easily sort through the list of conversations.

Date format configuration - You can now set your preferred date format for SMS templates
In the past, appointment reminder SMS would sometimes look wrong because they used a default date format that didn't match your business's style. You can now change which date format is used from the Smooth Inbox settings.

Customise sending hours for from numbers - If you have multiple offices in different locations, our default sending hours feature isn't always appropriate. You can now assign a timezone and operating hours for each from number - to get set up, contact our support team at smsforzohosupport@messagemedia.com.

Campaign-based drip SMS - Users can build more tailored customer journeys by setting up automated drip SMS campaigns. With the new feature, use replies as a trigger to move customers from one drip SMS sequence to another. For example, if a contact replies to a webinar teaser, they could be automatically moved into a different flow to get the webinar appointment details - learn more here.

Bulk SMS boosts - You can now notify any selected CRM user of any replies to bulk SMS campaigns. This way, you can make sure the appropriate sales or service representative stays informed. Additionally, users can customise the name of the campaign, meaning easy identification and analysis of performance - learn more here.
