If you have many conversations in your Sinch Inbox (in the Zoho CRM platform)and want to reassign these, you can use the bulk reassign feature to transfer multiple conversations to another user or team all at once.
Bulk reassign conversations
- In Zoho CRM, from the left-side navigation menu, click on the Sinch Inbox and Bulk SMS tab. Make sure you're in the Inbox tab.

Click the Bulk reassign icon.
- Search for conversations by typing in a search query (name or business card).
- Select the conversations you want to reassign. You can select individual conversations or click the Select All button to select all the conversations in the filtered view.

Click the Reassign Conversations button.
- Choose where the conversations should be assigned. You can assign the conversations to a different team and/or a different user.

Click the Reassign button.
