Zoho WorkDrive | Enhanced media storage and control

Zoho WorkDrive is a cloud-based file storage and collaboration platform from Zoho, tightly integrated across the Zoho ecosystem including Zoho CRM. Sinch Engage SMS for Zoho CRM now supports Zoho WorkDrive as the recommended storage destination for media files and documents exchanged via MMS (RCS and WhatsApp messaging to come).

Bug fixes and refinements

• Resolved issue relating to MMS reply email notifications missing attachments. These will now be attached to emails. For attachments exceeding 2MB, the email will include an informational message to check the Zoho record to view the attachment.

• This release includes minor platform updates to improve overall system stability and performance. Our focus has been on refining backend processes for a smoother user experience.

• Initial message status when sending messages has been updated to submitted once the gateway has received the request to process the message. This is a fix to an issue where messages were incorrectly stuck enroute.
• Resolved an inbound email issue where notifications defaulted to Administrators.
• Resolved an deluge MMS issue.
• Resolved an issue relating to Deal's phone field showing as undefined.
• Resolved an issue relating to extra phone fields support.
