After a workflow SMS or MMS has been triggered from ActiveCampaign, you’ll be able to view the SMS or MMS activity on a recipient's contact profile.
Recent Activity log
Within a contact profile, you can view SMS and MMS activity in the Recent Activities log on the right-hand side.
The activity log will display both outbound SMS/MMS as well as any replies received. Clicking on an SMS or MMS record will expand the record where you can view the full message, the time and date it was sent, as well as any comments added by the user.
The MMS record also displays the Media URL included in the message which you can open by clicking the hyperlink.
