The Conversations inbox allows users to see all messages - including conversations relating to messages sent from other users.

In the Sinch SMS for Dynamics app, from the left-side navigation, click on the Conversations section.
View conversations
You can view all SMS conversations you’ve had with recipients, including both sent and received messages.
The left panel shows a preview of each conversation.
Select a conversation to see the full message thread in the reading pane on the right.
From the reading pane, you can continue your two-way conversation and check message delivery status.
Users can view all conversations not just the conversations they’ve dealt with using the All or My Messages tabs.
The All, Unread and Read filters allow you to easily manage the conversations inbox.
The SMS counter displays a count of how many SMS credits will be used in a message.
- Option to Highlight special characters.
- Click on the contact name to directly access the contact record.
AI-powered reply suggestions
You can use the AI-powered reply suggestion feature by clicking on the Suggest Replies button.
You’ll receive three generated reply suggestions for the current conversation based on the history (the suggested replies are based on the latest 30 messages in the conversation). Click through the left and right arrows to show the different replies available.
For each reply suggestion, you can click the Improve Message down-arrow to use the AI Enhancements.
- Improve writing: Improves the writing quality of the message.
- Make longer: Make the message longer and adds more detail.
- Make shorter: Makes the message shorter and more concise.
- Simplify language: Simplifies the language of the message to make it easier to understand.
- Fix spelling & grammar: Fixes any spelling and grammar in this message.
- Change tone: Changes the tone of the message to be more friendlier and warm.
When you’re ready, you can click the Send button to deliver your reply or the Cancel button to exit the suggested replies tool (allowing you to manually type your message).
Manage conversations
To remove a conversation from your active list, click Close Conversation in the top-right corner.
To view closed conversations, click on the All or My Messages tab and select the Closed option.
You can reopen a conversation manually, or it will automatically reopen if a new message is sent or received.
Manage conversations in bulk
To action in bulk, you can click the More actions (⋯) icon and click Mark all as read or Close all read.
