You can track the activity status and status reason of your messages directly in the Sinch SMS for Dynamics app.
Message reporting
To track the status and delivery of your messages:
- Log in and access the SMS for Dynamics app.
- From the left-side navigation menu, click on SMS & RCS.
You can choose the view you want by switching the message type from the drop-down list.
