This feature is available in the Conversations Inbox with AI - generating suggested responses based on the conversation history, helping you craft the perfect response instantly, boosting your team's efficiency and enhancing customer satisfaction.
Instantly generate contextual reply suggestions
When you're engaged in a customer conversation, activate the AI responses by selecting the Suggest Replies button. The AI engine will immediately analyze the context of the entire conversation (based on the last 30 messages) to generate three unique and relevant response options. You can easily cycle through these AI-generated messages to find the one that best fits the situation.
This eliminates manual effort and allows you to respond to customers faster and more consistently.
Refine and perfect your message with AI enhancements
For any AI-generated suggestion, you have the power to further refine it using a suite of AI enhancement tools. Simply click the Improve Message option to access these powerful features:
- Improve writing: Improves the writing quality of the message.
- Make longer: Make the message longer and adds more detail.
- Make shorter: Makes the message shorter and more concise.
- Simplify language: Simplifies the language of the message to make it easier to understand.
- Fix spelling & grammar: Fixes any spelling and grammar in this message.
- Change tone: Changes the tone of the message to be more friendlier and warm.
