If you are a reseller with the ability to create pre-paid sub-accounts as part of your platform configuration, then your users will need to be able to manage credit balances between the post-paid parent account and the pre-paid sub-accounts.
Start by going to Account and then Sub-accounts:
Search for the desired sub-account using the search field:
Click on the ellipses (three dots) to the right of the sub-account listing and select "Allocate credits" from the drop-down menu:
Enter the number of credits you want to allocate to the sub-account and then click Allocate:
This allocation is immediately reflected in the sub-account's credit balance:
From the drop-down menu next to the sub-account, select Deduct credits:
Enter the amount of credits to be deducted from the sub-account and click Deduct:
Setting up an auto-topup
You can create an auto-topup which will automatically allocate a pre-configured number of credits to your sub-account once that sub-account's credit balance falls below a certain threshold.
Select Configure auto-topup from the sub-account's drop-down menu:
Toggle the switch to "on" to activate the auto-topup, and enter a topup balance and threshold balance in the fields provided, then click Save:
To turn off this auto-topup, simply select Configure auto-topup from the menu again, and toggle the switch to Off. You can also edit the details of this auto-topup at any time.
