SMS for NetSuite uses webhooks to record replies and delivery receipts. After you've set up API keys and an access token, you can continue on to configure the webhook records.
Note: If you previously set up webhooks and they're not working (e.g. because an admin left and their access token has expired), delete the existing Sinch Webhook records before continuing.
Configure webhook records
To configure webhook records:
- In the top-navigation bar, hover over the Sinch SMS tab.
- Hover over Preferences and then click on Sinch Preferences.
- Click Edit on the existing Sinch Preference record.

Enter the access token and access token secret from the previous step.
- Click Save.

Click the Create Missing Webhooks button.
- Log in to your Sinch MessageMedia account.
- From the left-side navigation, click on the Settings icon and then API Settings tab.
- Click on the Webhooks tab.
- Verify a new NetSuite webhook has been created for the corresponding event. You can identify this as the URL column will reference NetSuite.
- Once your webhooks are ready, you can receive messages and delivery reports in your NetSuite account.
You can now continue to configure NetSuite permissions.
