Supporting additional phone fields
SMS for Customer Insights now supports the ability to select additional phone fields to send messages to from journeys. Simply configure these phone fields in Audience Configuration and then select the desired phone field when setting up the journey.
Automatic opt ins
The START keyword is now recognised by Customer Insights and Sales for automatic opt ins. Refer to Customer Insights | Opt-in or opt-out consent for more information.
Bug fixes and refinements
- Improved delivery statuses. Failed and Rejected delivery statuses now display as Not Delivered in Journey reports.
