In Customer Insights, you can configure specific phone fields to send messages to.
Audience configuration
- To configure specific phone fields to send messages to, click on Settings and then click on Audience Configuration.
The Audience configuration section is editable for users with System Admin access and allows admins to configure which phone fields to send outbound SMS messages to in journeys. Edit the record with the Test Message contact point type to manage these fields.
Edit the “Other Recipient fields” field to add/remove your chosen phone fields. Once configured, the fields will be available to send messages to from a journey.
