Send WhatsApp 1:1
You can now select WhatsApp from the Sender ID selection field when sending 1-1 messages in the Conversational view.
- Users can only send a free-form WhatsApp reply within 24 hours of receiving a message from the customer.
- New 1:1 WhatsApp conversations can only be initiated using a predefined, Meta-approved WhatsApp template.
- Opt-outs should be handled in the same way as WhatsApp messages sent via workflows.

Custom object native support
The Sinch for HubSpot integration now includes native support for HubSpot Custom Objects, empowering users to build advanced, automated messaging workflows that align perfectly with unique business processes.
Users can send messages to associated contacts from a custom object as well as trigger actions and workflows using custom objects. All messages and workflow activities are shown in the custom object’s Activities tab.
1:1 Contact conversational UI
The conversational view is now available for all users on HubSpot contact record pages. This displays message history in chat style format - making it easier to manage customer conversations.
It currently supports SMS and MMS messaging and will support interactive, rich-media messaging soon.
