1:1 Contact conversational UI
A new conversational view is now available in our Early Access Program (EAP) on HubSpot contact record pages. This displays message history in chat style format - making it easier to manage customer conversations.
It currently supports SMS and MMS messaging and will support interactive, rich-media messaging soon.

Sender ID visibility
The Sender ID visibility feature ensures that users only see the Sender IDs assigned to them. This can be configured by the HubSpot Admin.
With this setup, each user can clearly view only their allocated Sender IDs within HubSpot, helping prevent messages from being sent from the wrong number.
Sender ID in workflows
Use the Dynamic Sender ID feature in HubSpot Workflows to automatically select the correct location when sending messages to customers.

Rich Communication Services (RCS) in HubSpot
We've released rich, interactive RCS messaging in HubSpot, enabling users to send next-level, engaging messages through workflows. As part of the first release, users will need to first set up their RCS campaign templates in the Sinch MessageMedia Platform.
Key features include:
- Verified sender profiles
- Rich media support - including images, videos, rich cards, smart buttons, carousels, read receipts
- Track reads, click, replies and use performance data to retarget prospects

MMS in the HubSpot conversations inbox
We've expanded our integration with HubSpot's Conversations Inbox to include MMS. Marketing and operations managers sending rich content via MMS can now view these messages alongside all other customer interactions in the Conversations Inbox.
Add SMS as a channel to Help Desk
We've launched our integration into HubSpot's Help Desk. Support teams running on HubSpot can now reply to messages directly from the Help Desk, just like in the Conversations Inbox.

Adding WhatsApp to Workflows
We're excited to announce Hubspot users can now add WhatsApp to HubSpot workflows. This update makes it even easier to connect with your customers using a new channel - all from within HubSpot.
Key features include:
- Incorporate WhatsApp into your HubSpot workflows as outbound messages
- Using WhatsApp replies to trigger actions and other workflows

Add SMS to HubSpot Conversations Inbox
We’ve officially launched our integration with HubSpot’s Conversations Inbox. Sinch MessageMedia customers with a HubSpot integration can now engage with customers via SMS directly from the Conversations Inbox, alongside your other channels.
With SMS fully integrated, teams can:
- Manage all conversations in one place
- Collaborate more effectively
- Respond faster
It’s live now for all HubSpot integration users.
Note: Available to customers with a HubSpot Professional and Enterprise plan.

Send SMS from HubSpot Conversations Inbox Beta
We’ve launched the Beta for our integration with HubSpot’s Conversations Inbox - you can add SMS to the HubSpot Conversations Inbox! HubSpot integration customers can add Sinch SMS & MMS to a centralized hub for tracking conversations. With a single, organized space for managing communications - including SMS messages - teams can collaborate more effectively and streamline interactions.
