Managing Multiple Sinch MessageMedia accounts
HubSpot customers can now seamlessly connect and manage multiple Sinch MessageMedia accounts, catering to different billing needs or team-specific usage. This allows each account to be billed independently. Additionally, contacts can opt out of marketing messages from one account while continuing to receive service communications from another, all within the same HubSpot instance.

WhatsApp Number Sync contact sync
The contact sync now has the capability to sync your contacts’ phone numbers as WhatsApp numbers to the Sinch MessageMedia platform. This enhancement allows you to send WhatsApp campaigns directly from the Sinch MessageMedia platform while keeping HubSpot as your central source of customer data. All WhatsApp messages are seamlessly synced back to the corresponding contact record in HubSpot, and you can even trigger workflows based on inbound WhatsApp messages.
