The Sinch for HubSpot integration includes native support for HubSpot Custom Objects, empowering users to build advanced, automated messaging workflows that align perfectly with unique business processes.
Custom objects
HubSpot custom objects are flexible data structures that allow businesses to store and organize information in ways that are not possible with HubSpot's standard objects e.g. contacts, companies, deals, and tickets. Custom objects give users the ability to tailor their CRM to their specific needs.
Customizable Fields: You can create custom fields in a custom object to store specific data unique to your business or process.
Associations: Custom objects can be linked to standard HubSpot objects e.g. contacts, companies, deals, etc. enabling users to create relationships between data sets.
Workflows and Automations: You can use custom objects in HubSpot workflows, automations, reporting, and even emails, making it easier to tailor your CRM to the specific needs of your business operations.
Before you can send a message via a Custom Object workflow
-
The custom object you create must include a phone number property, as this is required for the Sinch integration to send messages.
Refer to this guide on how to add fields to a custom object, and see this article for more information about the available data types.
If you create a new custom object, it may take up to 1 hour for the Sinch integration to sync with it.
During this time, you will not be able to add Sinch actions to workflows that use the new custom object.Sending to associated contacts : Sending messages to associated contacts from a custom object is not supported in the current version and will be available in a future release.
