You can open the list of user error logs by searching Sinch User Error Logs in the global search bar.
If there have been sending errors, these will display as individual entries.
Each error log has an explanation of the cause and a suggestion for how to fix the problem. Where relevant, it also indicates the specific record that cause the issue.
