If you're using custom entity fields within NetSuite, you can add these to the Sinch Preferences to use in the Conversations User interface, single sending composer and batch messaging.
Add custom phone field
- In the top-navigation bar, hover over the Sinch SMS tab.
- Hover over Preferences and then click on Sinch - Preferences.
- To configure a preference record, click on the Edit button next to the record name to edit the existing record.
Locate the PREFERRED PHONE FIELD and click the + icon to load the new Sinch - Preferred Phone Field window.
Enter the field ID of the entity number.
- Once added, the drop-down option will be available for the PREFERRED PHONE FIELD.
