This builds on our release of guided SMS workflow setup. You can now use AI to create your workflow SMS configuration. Give the AI some details about the workflow SMS you're aiming to send and it will create the configuration for you.
AI conversation summary and sentiment analysis
Get a quick understanding of what has been discussed in a conversation through the new AI conversation summary with sentiment analysis.
Improvements to workflow SMS sender IDs
Previously you could only use sender IDs from one Sinch Engage sub-account. Now you can use any sender ID as long as you've set up the API credential in NetSuite.

Completed rebranding to Sinch
A few months ago, we announced that we were rebranding to Sinch and changed some of the menu items in our SuiteApp to Sinch. We've now finished the job and replaced MessageMedia with Sinch everywhere in our SuiteApp.

Guided Workflow Configuration
Setting up workflows can be a bit tricky. To help with the configuration we have created a new workflow configuration guide. This helps to reduce the amount of steps needed and helps mitigates errors with the configuration. Existing Workflows will work as normal.
Workflow Trigger as Sales Rep
We've added the ability to have workflow messages logged from the Sales Representative, this means when a customer replies back it notifies the Sales Representative directly.
Ability to add the SMS Button on the Item Fulfillment & Invoice
To help with customer service communication whilst on Item Fulfillment, Task and Invoice records, we have added the ability to add the SMS Button.

Bug fixes and refinements
- We've added a Sinch Onboarding section which has quick links to help articles and an easy way to log a support ticket
- You can now see causes of SMS sending failures inside the Sinch - User Error Logs record type. This is helpful for troubleshooting. We’ve included suggested steps for how to fix the error so you can get it working again ASAP.

MessageMedia is now Sinch in NetSuite
We've renamed the top menu item to Sinch (MessageMedia) as a first step. In coming releases, we will remove MessageMedia to reflect our identity as part of the global Sinch group.
Bug fixes and refinements
- Conversation UI now shows whitespace (line breaks or extra spaces) in messages.
- Conversation UI refresh rate is now configurable in Sinch preferences - change the refresh rate if you are finding that your browser slows down in the conversation screen.
- Basic support for RCS: if you have configured an RCS agent in your Sinch account, inbound RCS messages display and you can see read receipts for outbound messages.
- Fixed error with batch SMS affecting some customers who had problems installing the integration.
