NetSuite | Add SMS Button on Item Fulfillment, Invoice and Task records

Users with Advanced or Administrator account permissions can configure the setting to add the SMS button on Item Fulfillment, Invoice and Task records.

Item Fulfillment

Item Fulfillment is not enabled by default. To enable Item Fullfilment:

1. In the top-navigation bar, hover over the Setup tab.
2. Hover over Company and then click on Enable Features.
3. Click on the Transactions tab.
4. Scroll down to the Shipping & Receiving section.
5. Check the box for FULFILLMENT REQUEST.
6. We recommend enabling Locations, Multi-Location Inventory, Advanced Shipping, and Pick, Pack, and Ship.

Script

1. In the top-navigation bar, hover over the Customization tab.
2. Hover over Scripting and then click on Scripts.
3. Click on the + icon to expand the FILTERS view.
4. From the TYPE field, select User Event.

5. Locate the Sinch UE - Send SMS Button and click View.

   

6. Click the Deploy Script button.

7. Configure the script deployment:

   • APPLIES TO: Select Item Fulfillment, Task or Invoice.
   • EXECUTE AS ROLE: Select Administrator
   • In the AUDIENCE tab: Check the Select All box for the audience groups INTERNAL ROLES and EMPLOYEES.

   

8. Click the Save button.
