If you're using custom entity fields within NetSuite these can be added to the preferences to be usable in the Conversations User interface, Single Sending composer and Batch Messaging
1. Navigate to MessageMedia SMS > Preferences > MessageMedia Preferences:
2. Next you need to configure a preference record:
A) Click on Edit next to the record name to edit the existing record.
3. Select the Addition button to load the new MM - Preferred Phone Field window.
A) Enter the field ID of the entity number
For the example above custentity1 is the ID for On-call Mobile number below.
Once added the field will be visible for selection the different field types can be used in Batch Messaging as the field used for sending.
