Sinch MessageMedia now hosts a data center in Europe to cater to regional customers' needs. From June 4th 2024, all new customers in the EU region will have their account data stored in the EU data centre in alignment with strict GDPR compliance and regulation.
Depending on the region where your account data is stored, will depend on which instance of the messaging Hub you log into. You can easily switch between the Asia-Pacific (APAC) and Europe (EU) data centers by using the dropdown menu on the Hub's sign in page:
While the system will remember your previous selection for future logins, you may also want to bookmark the Hub URL relevant to your account:
- Sinch MessageMedia APAC - https://hub.messagemedia.com/login
- Sinch MessageMedia EU - https://eu.app.sinch.com/login
Note - if you're unsure whether your account is associated with the APAC or EU data centre, please contact your account administrator, or you can submit a request with our support team using the link in the footer below this article. |
