If you need to disconnect your Sinch MessageMedia account from your Salesforce account, you can easily do so from either platform.
Disconnect the integration from Salesforce
- Sign in to your Salesforce account and navigate to the Sinch SMS for Salesforce app.
- From the Sinch SMS for Salesforce app, navigate to the Setup & Configuration tab.
- Click on the Disconnect account button.
Both the Setup & Configuration tab in Sinch SMS for Salesforce and the Integrations page in the Sinch MessageMedia platform will automatically reset the next time the page refreshes.
Disconnect the integration from Sinch
- In the Sinch Engage platform, from the left-side menu, navigate to Extensions and then Integrations.
- Locate the Salesforce tile and click See details.
Locate the Connected Org and click the red x button next to your Salesforce account name to remove the integration.
- Click on the Yes, disconnect now button to confirm the action.
- Click Okay to close the confirmation.
