Shopify | Retarget shoppers with promotional campaigns

You can retarget customers in the Sinch MessageMedia platform using the using the Shopify segments and tags that are synced as contact lists through the integration.

Create a new promotional campaign

1. In the Sinch MessageMedia platform, from the left-side navigation, click Messaging and then New message.
2. Select the Sender ID you want to use from the Sender ID drop-down list.

3. Click Search contact lists to add your recipients (this is where your Shopify segments and tags are synced). We recommend selecting a group that you can target with a specialized offering e.g. a segment that has purchased a specific product recently.

   

4. Click Add Recipients.
5. Compose your message in the Message content field. As you type, the message preview on the right will update in real-time.
6. (Optional) Add a coupon code - these are retrieved from the Discounts section in your Shopify store.
7. (Optional) You can also fill in the Message details section to track and manage the outcomes.
8. When you're ready, click the Send now button to send to the recipients.
