How to create a new account - Monkey Software (Optomate)

Creating a Sinch MessageMedia account is simple – register via our Monkey Software partner sign-up page and follow the steps below. Please reach out to us at sales@messagemedia.com.au if you run into any difficulties. Once you have created your Sinch MessageMedia account, follow the instructions in this article to connect to your monday.com account.

Create your Legacy API Credentials

1. To create new Legacy API Credentials, go to the menu and click on Settings > API Settings > then scroll down to Legacy API Credentials and click on Create new key:

   

2. In the resulting modal create a username and password, then click Create key:

   

3. Once you have created your API credentials a confirmation modal will pop up, click OK to close it. If you need to change the password at any time, just click on the Edit button.

4. Now that you have your API username and password, return to the Optomate platform and click on Branches in the Optomate Touch main menu.
    

   

   
   Double click on your branch then click on the SMS tab.
   
   Enter your Sinch MessageMedia username and password and click Save or Save & Close.
   
   Before you send your first SMS you may wish to predefine your SMS templates. You can do so by clicking on the SMS Templates tile on the Optomate Touch main menu.
