This article details how you can delete contacts, either individually or in bulk.
Important:
- Deleting contacts is a permanent action and cannot be undone.
- We recommend exporting a list of your contacts as a backup before performing a bulk deletion.
- Following deletion, a contact name will no longer be displayed in the Inbox.
Deleting contacts steps
- Navigate to Contacts > All Contacts.
- Search for the contact, either by entering part of their name or full international number (e.g. +614xxxxxxxx) and pressing enter. You can also select multiple contacts at a time by clicking the checkbox next to the names of any contacts you wish you delete.

Click on the more options icon (⋮) and select Delete from the menu presented:
- A confirmation modal will pop up, click Delete to remove the contacts.
You can also delete contacts by searching for them within a contact list and following the same steps as above.
