Conversations Inbox
- Allow users to view all conversations, not just the conversations they have dealt with
- There are filters to view All messages and My Messages at the top.
- UI has also been updated to show the All, Unread and Read filters.
- Removed the filter which was restricting the ability to view messages older than 90 days.
- The contact name is now clickable and when clicked directs the user to the Contact records.
- Display the Sender ID below each message.
SMS Counter
An SMS counter has been added to the Conversations inbox, Bulk, and Single Message forms. The counter displays a count of how many SMS credits will be used in a message and an option to highlight special characters.
Bug fixes and refinements
- Replies notification has been updated to ignore closed SMS records.

Supporting Sales, Field Services and Customer Service for two way messaging
We are supporting two way messaging from Dynamics Field Services, Customer Service and Sales by enabling the automatic population of the To field based on the selected Regarding value, on the Create SMS/RCS form. Our solution provides greater flexibility by also extending the phone field options that a message can be set to.
Example scenarios this feature supports include:
- Send a message to the customer linked to a Work Order (Field Services)
- Send a message to the customer linked to a Case (Customer Service)
- Send a message to a Contact linked to an Opportunity (Sales)

To get started, users first need to set up Phone Field Mappings. This is a new feature that is available to System admins only.
Bug fixes and refinements
- Resolved issue with Admin Email not being saved correctly.
- Update to message popup, triggered after a message is sent.

AI-suggested replies in the Conversation Inbox
We’re powering the Microsoft SMS for Dynamics Conversations Inbox with AI by introducing a reply suggestion feature. This new functionality generates suggested responses based on the conversation history, helping users work more efficiently, reducing manual effort while improving customer satisfaction.

Bug fix for workflows - now supports web hooks and callback URLs.
