How to create a new account - upstream Apps (monday.com)

Creating a Sinch MessageMedia account is simple - register here upstream Apps - Sinch MessageMedia. Please reach out to us at sales@messagemedia.com.au if you run into any difficulties. Once you have created your Sinch MessageMedia account, follow the instructions in this article to connect to your monday.com account.

Create your API credentials

1. To create new Basic API Credentials, go to the menu and click on Settings > API Settings >  then scroll down to Basic Authentication and click on Create new key:
   
2.  In the resulting modal, provide a descriptive name and click Create Key:

3. Once your API Credentials have been created, you'll see this confirmation. Copy the credentials to the clipboard then click Ok:

   Important - This is the only time the Hub will display the API Secret, so if you're not planning to use it right away, we recommend saving it somewhere you can find it later. If you lose the API Secret, you'll need to create a new key/secret pair.

Connect to monday.com

Once you have created your API credentials you can easily automate sending SMS messages from your Monday.com boards using the MessageMedia integration. Follow these steps to set up your customer recipes and these steps if you want to use a specific sender ID.
