Mailjet email automations
From October 2025, customers who have both an Sinch MessageMedia account and a Mailjet account, will be able to set up SMS automations, which will be triggered by Mailjet email sends. This provides customers with the ability to follow-up or perform a number of different actions within the Sinch MessageMedia platform off of the emails they've sent to drive sales, act as reminders, or enhance their contact segmenting.
RCS ROI reporting
Customers who have an RCS agent set up will now be able to report on the success of their campaign sends, broken down by channel. This new RCS ROI reporting will allow customers to view each channel used within a campaign, the specific numbers for each channel, and the important success metrics (revenue and ROI).

From July 2025, Sinch will provide a monthly wrap up of your ecommerce account - providing an overview of usage, highlights features, metrics and visualisations that demonstrate the ROI achieved, areas of opportunity and actionable insights saving you time by quickly assessing your progress.

Ability to Configure Attribution Settings for ROI Reporting
Ecommerce customers have the ability to configure how ROI Attribution is calculated by providing the ability to configure the timeframes for both Abandoned Cart and Campaign Reporting.
Previously all ROI reporting was defaulted to a 72 hour attribution range. We now provide you with the ability to configure this from the Attribution tab within Settings.

Dedicated number and alphanumeric sender ID usage within Shopify Flow
Allowing for increased personalisation for your Shopify Flow automations, you're now able to select a Dedicated Number, or alphanumeric sender ID associated to your account when triggering messages. Previously this was not possible, and any automation would default to your Shared Pool Number.

You now have the ability to export results for both Abandoned Carts and SMS Campaign ROI reporting. This allows you to dig deeper into your sales results, and enhance data you might already have within any other marketing or analytics platforms. This feature is applicable to both BigCommerce and Shopify integrations.
