If you've recently updated or changed your Zoho CRM configuration and the SMS for Zoho CRM extension isn't working as expected, try clearing the app cache.
Clear app cache
- From the left-side navigation menu, click on the Sinch Inbox and Bulk SMS tab.
- Click on the ⚙️ Settings icon in the top-right corner.

In the pop-window, click on the Clear app cache button - this clears your local cache when some data isn't updating correctly. This won't reset any setting data.
- Once you've cleared the SMS for Zoho CRM cache, refresh all active Zoho CRM tabs and try again.
