The Sinch MessageMedia and Shopify integration includes reporting to help you measure the success of your SMS/RCS campaigns. Outbound campaign reports provide key insights such as message delivery rates, opt-out metrics, ROI (Return On Investment) and click-through rates for any links in your messages. These insights can help you refine future campaigns and maximise the value for your business.
Campaign Reports
To view a list of campaigns:
- In the Sinch MessageMedia platform, from the left-side navigation, click Messaging and then Campaign Reports.
- When you have the Shopify integration connected, each campaign that is sent will display the following Campaign Statistics broken down by channel:
- Revenue: The influenced dollar value of revenue you have generated within 72 hours of sending the campaign
- ROI: ROI is calculated by dividing the value of sales made (by recipients of the campaign within 72 hours of sending it) by the campaign by the cost of messages sent, multiplied by 100: sales $ / sent cost $ * 100 = ROI%
- Sales recovered: The number of sales made that can be attributed to this campaign
- Credits Used: The number of units sent out in your campaign
-
Costs: The cost per unit multiplied by the number of units you have sent in your campaign
Note: Attribution occurs where the campaign recipients phone number matches the phone number provided in the order details or shipping details.
If your campaign includes RCS and SMS messages, your reporting will be broken out into each channel as per the above screenshot.
The report is based on the settings used in your messaging cost configuration.
