Keeping track of delivery failures helps you maintain a clean and accurate contact list. By creating an active list in HubSpot, you can quickly identify contacts whose messages failed to deliver in a previous campaign - all in one place.
Active list for delivery failures
You can create a workflow to add delivery failures to an active list. To set this up:
- From the left-side navigation, click CRM and then Lists.
- Click the Create list button.
- Select a Contacts based list.
- Click Next.
- Rename your list e.g. Delivery Failures - Live List.
- Click the + Add filter button.
- Scroll down to Integration filters and select Sinch SMS & MMS.

From the filter categories, select Sinch SMS & MMS: SMS Sent properties for SMS, select Sinch SMS & MMS: MMS Sent properties for MMS, or Sinch SMS & MMS: WhatsApp Message Sent properties for WhatsApp.
- From the properties, select Delivery Status.

Configure the filter parameters to is equal to any of, then enter the status of failed to reflect a failed message. You can also use other message statuses if relevant.
- Once you're ready, click the Review and save button.
