If you no longer want to use one of your "From" numbers to send messages, you can disable it without deleting it. This allows you to re-enable the number later if you decide to use it again.
Disable a "From" number
- In the Zoho CRM, from the left-side navigation menu, click on the Marketplace module.
- Click on the Installed tab.
- Locate Sinch SMS for Zoho and click on Configure.
- Make sure you're in the Messaging tab.
- Click on the From Numbers tab.
- Click on the pencil icon in the Actions column to edit a specific number.
Configure the From number settings e.g. toggle the Enable this number option on/off.
- Click the Save button to confirm.
- Users won't be able to send messages from any "From" numbers aren't enabled.
