Ecommerce customers can control how ROI (Return On Investment) attribution is calculated by setting custom timeframes for both abandoned cart and campaign reporting.
Attribution settings
Previously, ROI reporting used a fixed 72-hour attribution window. To adjust your attribution settings:
- In the Sinch MessageMedia platform, from the left-side navigation, click on Settings.
- Click on Attribution.

Configure the attribution time range. Each attribution time range allows you to set a time between 24 hours and 96 hours. The system also provides suggestions based on your input e.g. too low, too high.
- When you're ready, click Save changes. You'll be asked to confirm the changes as this change will impact your reporting numbers.
Campaign Statistics
Campaign Statistics shows how long a campaign has remaining before the attribution time frame is completed. This is indicated by the
Completed status, or a countdown timer.
