Whether you've scheduled a single message or a bulk campaign, you can easily cancel it directly from within Zoho CRM.
Cancel a single scheduled message
To cancel a 1-to-1 message:
- From the left-side navigation menu, click on the Sinch Inbox and Bulk SMS tab. Make sure you're in the Inbox tab.
- Click to open the conversation with the scheduled message.

Click on the hourglass icon next to the schedule message to cancel.
- In the pop-up window, confirm the action by clicking the I'm sure button.
- The scheduled message is now cancelled and will disappear from the conversation.
Cancel a specific scheduled bulk campaign
To cancel a specific bulk SMS campaign:
- From the left-side navigation menu, click on the Campaigns module (under Sales).
- Click to open the campaign you want to cancel.

Click on the Cancel Scheduled Messages button.
- The campaign is now cancelled.
Cancel all scheduled messages
To cancel all scheduled messages:
- From the left-side navigation menu, click on the Sinch Inbox and Bulk SMS tab. Make sure you're in the Inbox tab.
- Click on the ⚙️ Settings icon in the top-right corner.

In the pop-window, click on the Cancel all scheduled messages button.
- Confirm the action by clicking the I'm sure button.
- All scheduled messages are now cancelled.
