When you upgrade to a paid account, the pre-verified TFN that's allocated for the trial is removed.
You will also be prompted to select which number type you want to configure on your account:
- Toll free number -> By choosing TFN as preferred number type, you'll automatically be issued a new unverified TFN. Then you just need to follow the usual process to get it verified - this article can help you with that.
- Local number (10DLC) -> By selecting local number as preferred number type, you will be able to choose the local number on the numbers page (or navigate to Settings -> Numbers). Then you just need to follow the process on-screen to get it verified.
Note - U.S. customers can only upgrade to a post-paid account, pre-paid accounts are not available.
