ActiveCampaign | Report on SMS Activity

You can run reports in the Sinch MessageMedia platform on messages for ActiveCampaign by utilising the metadata filter in the Detailed Reports feature.

Detailed Reports

1. Log in to your Sinch MessageMedia account.
2. From the left-side navigation, click on Reports and then on Detailed Reports.
3. Click the Advanced filters arrow.
4. Set the Metadata key as Ecosystem.
5. Set the Metadata value as ActiveCampaign.

6. Click on the Apply filters button to generate a report for messages for ActiveCampaign within the selected date range.
